The difference is BO3 wasn't made for last gen until the last minute, while GTA V has always started out as a last-gen game that got enhanced for PC and current gen, with contents beyond what last gen can handle. No, BUT you can look it up. It's actually a really good read.

Yea, but right now the Season pass costs 29.99 for Zombies and MP, so the free game and the cheap "everything" price, is basically the original 99.99 version of the game for the above discount. That's 70% and a lot of content. I'd imagine a lot of new BO3 players may opt for it.

On PC, I would strongly recommend against purchasing BO3 or any of the other non-cross platform CoD games for multiplayer. They have extremely low player counts. At best, it’s sometimes possible to find matches of TDM. Depending on region and time of day, it may be outright impossible to even find a match. I recognize that.
